Venue Selection
In recent years, the event management industry has seen a drastic shift. A shift to be greener. Our team also has undergone this change. And we take pride in integrating this into our services.
At Icecube Events, we design and execute events that are sustainable. And it all begins with a few simple steps.
In this blog, we shall let you in on our secret of sustainable event planning.
Eco-friendly Materials and Décor
Our team ensures to use only eco-friendly materials in our event setups. This includes biodegradable/recyclable decor, signage, and many more. This contributes to reducing waste. We also encourage any event guests to reduce wastage.

Waste Management
The waste ends up in landfills and then in the ocean. We want to divert as much waste as possible from this. By venue selection and usage of eco-friendly materials, we do reduce the waste up to a certain level, but there is more to be done. Our team ensures that waste reduction strategies are implemented—recycling stations, compost for organic waste, and minimizing packaging. Instead of directing waste to the next area, we try to clear it out at its source itself.

Hybrid Event
At Icecube Events we really like to blend traditional and technological elements to create events that are both flexible and accessible. Our hybrid events attract larger audiences and offer interactive experiences through technology, making them more inclusive and engaging for everyone.

Sustainable Catering
Food waste has always been a problem in many events. Even the fresh food not consumed finds its way to the bin. Including the right caterers is important. One, we work with caterers who use locally sourced, organic ingredients. Two, with them we make sure to use cutlery that’s biodegradable. Fresh is given out to needed places.
Digital Innovations
Technology helps us a great deal to reduce wastage. Depending on the venue's accessibility, we use digital cards and screens to reduce the paper waste. QR codes and digital displays help streamline the communication.
